All purchases in our online shop are sent primarily with Post Nord (as track and trace). Each product is placed in an individual jewellery box and packed in a shipping box. We ship to all countries that Post Nord has a service to. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order has been confirmed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the shipment.

Please note Lunnemann jewellery do not cover costs, duties and taxes associated with exporting our jewellery to international destinations. Our customers are responsible for paying any duties and taxes according to applicable laws.

 

Delivery
As all our jewellery are handmade and unique, the delivery time will vary.

Jewellery we have in stock is delivered within approx. 3-8 days. For jewellery made to order, there may be a delivery time of up to between 4 and 8 weeks.

We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your jewellery as quickly as possible, preferably within 4 weeks. If you need the jewellery within 4 weeks, contact us at info@lunnemann.eu or tel. +45 29845588, and we will do our very best to meet your wishes.

Before the production of made-to-order items begins, we will send you an email to confirm your order, the jewelleries specifications, and the expected delivery time. If you here after do not wish to complete your order, it will be cancelled at no cost to you.

If you need your jewellery for a specific date, please email or call before placing the order, and we will do our utmost to meet your wishes.

Returns

We hope you will be happy and satisfied with your Lunnemann jewelleries. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange, or a credit within 14 days of receiving the piece of jewellery. Alternatively, we will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned to us unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Please be aware that the return shipment is your responsibility, and the return item must be sent as ‘track and trace’ at your expense.

Please notify Lunnemann Jewellery by email before returning an item. Lunnemann Jewellery cannot be held responsible for items that have been damaged or lost during return shipping.

Purchases that are exempt from both refund and exchange are goods that have been manufactured specifically for you as a customer. That is:

Refunds and exchanges are made on the condition of a safe return of the jewellery in undamaged and unused condition no later than 14 days after you have received the items. Please be aware that the return shipment is your responsibility, and the return item must be sent as ‘track and trace’ at your expense. We recommend that returns are made by reusing the packaging in which the item was received.

If you are not in Denmark or the EU and would like to return a piece of jewellery, please note that a Customs Declaration form is required. The goods must be correctly declared as ‘RETURNED DANISH GOODS’ to ensure that no additional customs costs are imposed upon re-import to Denmark. If an item is incorrectly labelled and import costs are imposed, these will be at the customer’s expense. This can also delay the return process.

Damaged goods / faulty goods

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, or you suspect it is faulty or faulty, we offer a replacement as soon as possible.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to make further arrangements. It may be necessary for you to send photos of the damaged / faulty item.

We start production of a replacement product as soon as we have received the damaged / faulty product back.

The right to make a complaint does not cover faults which, on inspection, are considered to have arisen in connection with normal use and wear and tear. In the event of incorrect use, accident or misuse of the purchased item, the right to complain also expires.
