We take pride in making your piece exactly the way you want it and take the time to talk to you throughout the process to understand your wishes and to avoid misunderstandings before we get started in the workshop.

As all our jewellery are handmade and unique, the delivery time will vary.

Jewellery in stock is delivered within approx. 3-8 days. For jewellery made to order, there may be a delivery time of up to between 4 and 8 weeks.

Right of cancellation

If you regret your purchase, you can exchange your jewellery or request a refund.

For any purchase made at Lunnemann Jewellery, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item or take physical possession of the last received item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.

Refunds and exchanges are subject to a safe return of the jewellery in undamaged and unused condition, no later than 14 days after your date of receipt. Please note that return shipping is your responsibility. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item, and it must be sent as ‘track and trace’. When returning, you are responsible for the product being properly packed, and you bear the risk/responsibility for the product from the time of the product’s delivery. You cannot withdraw from agreement by simply refusing to receive the item, without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the jewellery that are due to your handling of the item and that are other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store. If the item has been tried on, in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of deteriorated value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. Lunnemann Jewellery assesses the item’s condition.

If the right of cancellation is used, you must write an email to info@lunnemann.eu, in which you inform that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Purchases that are exempt from both refund and exchange are goods that have been manufactured specifically for you as a customer. These items are:

  • Jewellery made to order
  • Customized jewellery

Please notify Lunnemann Jewellery by email before returning an item. Lunnemann Jewellery cannot be held responsible for items that have been damaged or lost during return shipping.

Return / cancellation

Before returning an item, you must contact us either by phone or email.

Costs and responsibility regarding returns are borne solely by the customer. This means that packages sent to our address as COD (Collect on delivery) will not be accepted. When returning, the returned item should be sent and packaged properly. Returned goods that have suffered damage due to defective packaging may result in the loss of the right to return. We therefore recommend that returns are made by re-using the packaging in which the item was received.

If you are not in Denmark or the EU and would like to return a piece of jewellery, please note that a Customs Declaration form is required. The goods must be correctly declared as ‘RETURNED DANISH GOODS’ to ensure that no additional customs costs are imposed upon re-import to Denmark. If an item is incorrectly labelled and import costs are imposed, these will be at the customer’s expense. This can also delay the return process.

As soon as we receive a returned item and have checked that everything is as it should be, we return the invoiced amount to your account as soon as possible.
Refund of the purchase amount:
If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back excluding the delivery costs. In the event of a depreciation in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.

Purchases that are exempt from both refund and exchange are goods that have been manufactured specifically for you as a customer.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back and made sure that the item is intact.

Right to complaint

As a consumer, you have 24 months (12 months for traders) right of complaint on goods purchased from Lunnemann Jewellery. This means that if the item had a fault when you bought it, you have the right to have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned, or a reduction in the price.

The right to make a complaint does not cover faults which, upon inspection, are considered to have arisen in connection with normal use and wear and tear. In the event of incorrect use, accident or misuse of the purchased item, the right to complain also expires.

If a claim is made on a purchased item that is not faulty, the item will be sent back, and the customer will be charged for repackaging and shipping. When using the right of complaint, refer to the point ‘Returning’.

You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault of the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

The complaint is sent to: info@lunnemann.eu
