Beautiful pendant shaped like a small pill – a lucky pill. The pendant is made of 18 karat re-cycled gold and glass, and there are diamonds inside them. The more diamonds the more happiness … if only life were that simple. But they are beautiful  – the pill of happiness, when they sit in a beautiful chain around the neck.
